LCD CONTROL PANEL

The Standard LED Control panel has a memory capacity of storing 99 designs or up to 2 million stitches. You can ROTATE, SCALE UP/DOWN and TRACE designs and more.

Memory Capacity: 2 million stitch memory capacity and 99 design memory capacity
Rotate, Mirror Image Conversion: All designs can be converted into symmetry by turning 0° - 359°.
Scale Up/Down: Within the range of 50~200%, the machine can extend and reduce by 1% to X or Y direction.
Built-in 3.5" FDD: FDD is installed in the machine, which can save 480,000 stitches / 233 designs at maximum per 2HD floppy disk so input and output for various designs are available. (Both 2DD and 2HD can be used).The machine can read and save disks with SWF format, which is compatible with different formatted designs from other company codes by automatic recognition. It is also very convenient to output data with the codes of other companies.
Manual/Automatic Offset: During the embroidery work for appliqu} and frame change, the frame can be returned to the previous position with only simple key operation. If you designate automatic offset position in the setting mode, it can be returned to the previous offset position after finishing embroidery work.
Origin Return / Frame Offset: During the embroidery work, the frame returns to the starting point of design, and if there is any problem occurred, you can make the frame go back for the correct embroidery work.
Tracing: For accurate position of embroidery, the machine traces the outline of design before starting main operation.
Automatic returns to the suspension point after power failure: When unexpected power failure occurs, it can search for the exact suspension spot automatically for continuous operation to prevent from inferiority of production.
Floating: The frame can process both forward and backward without stitching by units of 1, 100, 1000 and 10000 stitches or by color code.

FUNCTIONS

EXPANDED MEMORY SIZE

The machine can store a maximum of 100 designs. The basic memory size is 2 million stitches.

GENERAL REPETITION WORK

The same design can be repeated up to 99 times along the X and Y axis.

SPECIAL REPETITION WORK

Several designs can be repeated up to 63 times at different angles and directions.

MIRROR IMAGE CONVERSION AND DESIGN DIRECTION

Rotate your designs from 0° to 359° and reverse the design on its X axis.

ENLARGE AND REDUCE DESIGN

from 50% to 200%.

AUTOMATIC SELECTION OF NEEDLE BAR

Select the order of the needle bar.

AUTOMATIC OFFSET FOR APPLIQUE and EMBLEMS

After the embroidery is finished, the frame returns to the offset point.

MANUAL OFFSET

You can manually move the frame to the pre-selected point to do appliques or change the frames during embroidery work.

FLOAT STITCH FUNCTION

Both the frame and the needle bar can move back and forth by the units of 1, 100, 1000, and 10000 stitches and by color without stitching.

FRAME BACKWARD

When the thread breaks or runs out of track, you can move the needle bar back to the starting point of the design in the units of one to ten stitches.

AUTOMATIC TRIMMING

The automatic trimming function, determined by the design and the machine set-up, enhances work productivity and quality of the finished product.

AUTOMATIC UPPER/LOWER THREAD BREAK SENSING

The machine detects when the upper thread breaks or the lower thread is out of the needle and automatically stops the machine.

AUTO DESIGN RECOVERY AFTER POWER FAILURE

When the power fails unexpectedly, the frame moves back to the exact point where the stitching stopped. This helps reduce the number of defects.

3.5" FLOPPY DRIVE (EMBEDDED)

A 3.5" floppy drive is embedded in the operation panel for you to read or store designs. Both 2DD and 2HD disks can be used.

EDIT FUNCTION

You can delete, change, or insert stitch data and function cades (jump, finish, trimming).

RPM

The screen indicates rpm.

FRAME MOVEMENT SPEED

You can adjust the frame speed to high, medium, or low.

UNUSED MEMORY

The screen indicates the memory available for use.

TAPE CODE COMPATIBILITY

2-binary and 3-binary tape codes can be edited.

BORING DEVICE

Boring is open-work incorporated into embroidered designs; a sharp-pointed instrument punctures, or bores, the fabric, and stitches are made around the opening to enclose the raw edges.

When installing the boring device to the needle bar, make sure the tip of the blade is not touching your finger.

QUICK CAP CHANGE SYSTEM

An Exclusive feature from SWF. The Quick Cap Change System will save you time and make it easy to switch from flat embroidering to cap embroidering.

CORDING DEVICE

Various kinds of cording materials can be attached at high speeds with this special attachment. A simple adjustment of the device height varies the stitch volume and expands the range of embroidery expression.
