I would like to thank you and your support team for taking the time to explain to Peggy and I all the information on the digital printer on our recent visit to your show room. Everyone was so helpful and left us with few questions. With Peggy just being new to the industry it was import for her to hear and see the products you all have to offer at SWF EAST. I was well aware of what you all had and have no hesitation to return since I bought a 4 head embroidery machine in 2000. We started our business in 1989 and had purchased a two head machine from a different company. Lucky for me our business grew and we had to purchase a new machine and we saw SWF at the Tampa ISS show.
We made the purchase and are glad we did. The machine is still running like the first week we got it, so when we looked at expanding again the first place we looked was SWF East. The technical support was just great as well.
Just a phone call away and you are back in business.

So since we were so happy with the product and service we received from SWF EAST we are now looking forward to getting our new garment digital machine.

Congratulations on your tenth anniversary! I would like to thank you for the gift Certificate to Colman & Company. What a nice surprise to receive this. Who would have ever thought the SWF's would grow into what it has become? We have now owned 2 - single heads, 2 - 4 heads, and 1 - 2 head. That makes 5 SWF's and we have been very happy with our machines. I always say with an SWF "you will get a lot of kick for the money" and would someday love to have the dual 4 head, what a great idea that was. We purchased our chenille machine 2 years ago, if we had known you were going into chenille we would have bought from you. Again, Thank you so much for your kindness. I still to this day remember signing the first $1.00 bill with Linda. (I had the first pink 4 head) I wish the Best to SWF and another successful ten years.

Good things have been starting to happen for me little by little with my business - I've had my work in several juried shows and galleries, and I'm still in the process of figuring out how to market my work.

I don't think I caught up with you on some problems that I'd been having with my machine, where it would suddenly got out of register in the middle of stitching a design. It started out doing it intermittently, but was getting to where it was having this problem most of the time, and I couldn't work with it. The guys in Tampa had me try some things, and when those didn't work, they sent Saied here several times and sent me some replacement boards and parts for him to try. Unfortunately, none of those worked either, and apparently this wasn't a very usual type of problem.

So I then got a call from Bill Garriott, telling me that he was coming up himself. I was so impressed that SWF would send one of their best experts all the way up from Florida to help me. Bill just left a little while ago after trying several things but finally replacing the 3 main motors, then rigorously testing the machine to make sure the problem was really solved. I am thrilled to now be able to get back to work, but even more I feel so good about the decision I made 3 years ago to buy an SWF machine (am also very glad that I bought the extended warranty!). Feeling that you can get the support when you need it is so critical, especially to someone like me who is still fairly new to doing this. And knowing that SWF East will do whatever it takes to fix the problem is so tremendously reassuring.

So as a representative of SWF East, thank you for being there to help me and doing whatever it takes to solve the problem. I couldn't ask for better than that.

It is my pleasure to tell to powers that be about my experience with the tech support of SWF East. They are so reliable that I can count on them as a 'business partner'. When I call for help they are considerate, not condescending, and they take the time to be thorough in their analysis of the situation. Most recently I spoke with Bill Garriot and George DiPietro. If I call more than once on a problem they treat me with respect for the 'limited' knowledge I posses. They offer suggestions that include, not just the machine, but the design, digitizing, and supplies. They allow time for each of my calls as if they were important, no rushing me off the phone. They return calls very promptly.

So, in a way, they facilitate my business, and make me a better producer. This added value strongly makes the case for sticking with swf as opposed to getting another machine of a different make. Their value to you is as their value to me... .So good that it really makes a difference and sets you apart.

I just need to express my thanks to two people that work at SWF. I have sewed for about 50 years but using a computer is another ball game. Sarah and Rey have helped me so many times and never a comment about my computer errors. I have never regret buying an SWF machine.
