Windows XP/2000 -- The Sierra software is created as a true Windows XP/2000 program, which means it takes advantage of Windows XP/2000 32-bit processing. It is important that your system be fitted with the complete Windows XP/2000 operating system. Please be advised, your Sierra software will be equipped with a USB security key only.

Pentium 4 recommended, may be fully compatible with equivalent processors. Performance with other video cards varies greatly, Nvidia 256 MB or better gives the best results. Integrated video is NOT recommended.
Most newer monitors are multisync, which allows you to change refresh rate and horizontal scan rates and also offers more video resolution choices - check manufacturer's specifications to determine if your monitor is compatible.
Your computer must meet all requirements on this page plus at least one of the following (depending on your embroidery machine):
